Hi, my name is Alex and I'm a professional piano tuner and technician residing in and covering the City of Edinburgh including its surrounding areas. I have been qualified in the piano profession since 1991 and I am also a full member of the Pianoforte Tuners' Association (MPTA 1585), the UK's professional association.
I carry out all types of piano tuning from serving the domestic household to the concert stage and have extensive experience working within Educational Establishments; I am registered with the PVG Disclosure Scheme in Scotland.
In addition to tuning, I also offer a full technical service from minor repairs to major reconditioning.
Standard Tuning prices for the City of Edinburgh are £85 but may be slightly more depending on travel/distance or where a pitch raise is required.
