Beautiful Yamaha YUS5 S‑Silent upright piano in polished ebony, made in Japan and purchased and owned since brand new.  This is Yamaha’s flagship YUS upright with the factory Silent system, offering a rich acoustic sound plus the option to practise silently through headphones.

The piano has been carefully looked after in a smoke‑free home and is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. It was bought for my children learnt piano. However, neither of them was keen and stopped after 4 years learning. They both stopped 3 year ago.

The piano has been kept in a stable, heated environment; tuning has been done periodically in line with normal home use (you can add the date of the last tuning here). No known structural issues – pins, soundboard and action appear sound to us (any inspection welcome).
