YAMAHA UX10

Yamaha produced the X-framed piano through the 1980s and these high-quality musical instruments are quite sought after. Its distinctive X-frame rear bracing provides extra rigidity, helping to enhance both tone and tuning stability.

The UX10 is based on the highly respected U1, but benefits from higher-grade woods and felts, as well as an altered bridge and string layout designed to make space for longer bass strings. Its elegant, simple cabinet complements its versatile character, making it suitable for beginners through to advanced musicians.

This 1989 UX10 is relatively rare and highly desirable. It features Yamaha’s renowned responsive action and a beautifully open, clear tone—sweet and singing, yet capable of considerable power.

It has 88 keys and 3 pedals, measuring 121cm high, 151cm wide and 62cm deep.
