The EZ-102 has fully weighted keys, which is essential when learning to play – full weighting gives the same feel as a real acoustic piano.
With this model, you also have touch-sensitive keys. This means you can play different volume levels on each note. Again, this is essential when learning because it replicates the feel of a real piano.
Learning to play on a piano with touch sensitive keys (also known as dynamic levels) ensures your fingers develop with the correct technique. When the time comes to play on a real piano, for example, in an exam, or for a concert, you will be able to do this without having to adapt.
I love this piano and recommend it for anyone starting out, to learn, develop and progress on up to a good level of playing. The EZ-102 has a lovely feel to the keys and a warm, pleasant tone – Just lovely!
