Alexander F Dickson – Piano tuner & technician

Hi everyone,
I’m an Edinburgh resident & locally based Piano Tuner / Technician covering the City of Edinburgh and its surrounding areas. I’ve been professionally qualified in the trade since 1991 with extensive tuning & workshop experience providing a comprehensive tuning & repair service from the domestic setting to the concert stage. This includes minor repairs through to full reconditioning work.
I am a full member of the Pianoforte Tuners’ Association (MPTA 1585) which is the professional body for piano tuners in the United Kingdom & I am also registered with the PVG Disclosure Scheme in Scotland.
My fee for a standard piano tuning within the City of Edinburgh is £85 but can sometimes be slightly higher for outlying areas depending on travel distance.
